Engineering and industrial conservation
My passion for engineering and industrial conservation has driven me to communicate my experience and knowledge far wider than the constituency of my job. I have for many years disseminated my experiences to audiences from within and outside the heritage sector and continue to contribute at both operational and advocacy level.
As an integral part of more recent consultancies, my extensive specialist knowledge has been further enhanced by being able to experience a far wider appreciation of fiscal operation and the influence of structural mechanisms. This cross fertilisation with fellow professionals has allowed me to deliver a more concise and targeted level of consultancy and practical solution management which has the ability to address complex conservation and collection care issues when appraised against operational and commercial restraints. My on-going CPD plans have allowed me to inwardly focus on my required areas of development and positively use them to help me build and expand my sector knowledge.
